Technology is changing for the better, after February 2009 the broadcast signal for TVs in the United States will be converted to digital. Our goal at Aware Bear is to educate our clients and give out expert advice.
We had seen many people switch their analog TV sets to either a LCD or Plasma, “in my own personal opinion I like the LCD TVs better in terms of image quality and durability. “ Says Andre Leite Alves owner of Aware Bear Computers in Rochester NY. There are many ways display your new TV set. Looks like that mounting the set on the wall is the number one choice among our clients.
Mounting the TV on the wall eliminates extra furniture and opens up space in your living room, plus makes the room bigger. A good thing to do is to get a surround sound system to fully experience the audio visual on your new setup. It makes no sense to have an amazing image and not have the sound system to go along with it or the other way around.
A good suggestion would be to get a 7.1 surround sound system and hook it up as a 5.1 that way 2 extra channels are open that can be used in the future to run other speakers around the house if needed. A dimmer can also be used in order to control the volume on the speakers so there is no need to run to the amplifier each time less sound is required. Let’s say you are listening to your favorite tunes a bit loud like many of us do and the phone rings, instead of running to the amp and then running back to the phone just turn the knob in order to decrease the volume. After the call is answered pump the volume back up.
At Aware Bear Computers in Rochester NY we offer expert installation and custom sound solutions for your home or office. Our experts are always ready to help. Any questions please contact us. I hope this sort article is able to guide you to the right direction. Andre Leite Alves owner of AwareBear
