Most poker players can be divided into four main categories, and if there is some experience, you can easily determine to which one belongs to this or that your opponent. Below you will find extensive definitions of the various categories of poker players, and if you start playing poker online, you must try to collect about your opponent as much information as possible to understand exactly to what category it should be.

Tight-passive player
